- the organisation of the crisis team: the division of tasks, the structure of the meeting, the tools used, cooperation, etc.
- the approach to the crisis: the actions taken, the scenarios and the chosen strategy.
- crisis communication: written and verbal, internal and external (customers, journalists, authorities).
